Crooklets - Lifeguards 1st May to End September. Surfing and body boarding at all stages of the tide. Disabled access. Licenced café and Surf shop. No dogs in summer season.
Northcott Mouth - Lifeguards 1st May to End September (please check early and late season). Surfing and body boarding at all stages of the tide - beware rocks at high tide (great rock pooling at low tide). Parking available. Quieter than main beaches and great for families. Refreshments available.
Widemouth - Lifeguards 1st May to End September. Great surfing beach at all stages of the tide. Full range of facilities including for disabled. Parking available,
Sandymouth - Lifeguards 1st May to End September. Good surfing and for families. Licensed café. National Trust car park (charges apply). Access from Crooklets via Northcott along beach at low tide or coastal path (2 miles).
Crackington Haven - Lifeguards 1st May to End September. Small beach with rock pooling. Good surf and body boarding - avoid high tide. Beach café, Public conveniences and pub/restaurant. No Dogs allowed. Parking available.
