Prices do not include £80 cleaner's fee (includes laundering bedding & towels).
Check in is from 4pm on the day of arrival.
Check out is by 10am on the day of departure.
All bookings during Peak Season are Friday to Friday.
During Off Peak Season bookings of minimum 2/3 nights may be requested.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of bookings, the remainder due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment to be made via direct bank transfer or online card payment.
Reservation deposits are non-refundable unless dates can be re-let, in which case the deposit will be refunded less any difference in the rental fee from the replacement booking and a £25 admin fee.
Cancellations less than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date result in the loss of the full holiday cost, again unless the dates can be re-let, and again, less any difference and a £25 admin fee. It is therefore recommended that travel insurance is taken out at time of booking to avoid such an eventuality.
A refundable damage deposit of £100 is taken at time of booking. This is to cover any damages caused due to miss adventure. We accept that accidents happen, and small breakages (crockery & glassware), will not be charged, but we ask that you inform us of these incidents, and dispose of the broken items, so we can ensure they are replaced for the next guests, to ensure they have the best experience possible. Thank you.
Please note, the bath and hand towels provided are STRICTLY for use ONLY in the apartment and NOT TO BE TAKEN TO THE BEACH. Should they be ruined due to failure to comply with these guidelines any guests ignoring these restrictions will be charged from the damage deposit at £20 per ruined towel. Towels easily snag at the beach, and sand can clog washing machines, as we have had the misfortune of learning from years gone by. Thank you for your understanding.
