From the M5, take exit 30 to join the A30. Continue on the A30 for about 100 miles, passing Carland Cross (there will be windmills to your right), until you reach the Chiverton Cross exit. Exit here.  Take the 5th exit off the roundabout, sign posted St Agnes. Continue on the road for a mile or so until you come to a crossroads, where you turn left, signposted Porthtowan. At the end of this road go straight across, again following signs to Porthtowan. Stay on this road until you see the sea on your right, head down the hill and turn right at the bottom into Beach Road. Head straight through the village until you come to the car park on your right. Once in the car park head left towards The Beach Shop sign. This is the end of the apartments. You will see a gap in the wall....this is the rear access to the apartments. Once inside you will find a parking permit. Unload your car, then take it out of the car park turning left and immediate left again. You will see houses on the left, and our car park is immediately behind them. The spaces are numbered. You park in 18, ensuring the permit is clearly displayed.
