Should you book but be unable to travel due to Covid restrictions enforced by the Government your dates may be moved to suit you (this may result in an increase or decrease to the cost of your stay), or a full refund issued.

In the instance that we are open, but you are unable to travel due to personal circumstances, including contracting the virus or having to self isolate, our normal T&Cs apply as follows ;

Prices do not include £50 cleaners fee.

All bookings during Peak Season are Saturday to Saturday.

During Off Peak bookings of minimum 3 nights may be requested.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of bookings, the remainder due 6 weeks prior to arrival. 

Payment to be made via direct bank transfer.

Reservation deposits are non-refundable unless dates can be re-let, in which case the deposit will be refunded less any difference in the rental fee from the replacement booking and a £20 admin fee. 

Cancellations less than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date result in the loss of the full holiday cost, again unless the dates can be re-let, and again,  less any difference and a £20 admin fee. This includes any cancellations made due to Covid related issues (any members of your party having to self isolate, testing positive or contacting the virus.) It is therefore recommended that travel insurance is taken out at time of booking to avoid such an eventuality.

Should Government restrictions force a cancellation (lockdown or Tier related) every effort will be made to re-accommodate at a later date, or a full refund issued.
